Kazuhito Nagasawa was born in 1968 in Osaka, Japan.
In 1994 he participated at the fourth edition of the International Ceramic Competition in Mino, Japan.
The work of Nagasawa is composed of several elements that are fused together, the clay is combined with the iron, glass and wood.
Every object, he has a different form, but what is kept inside is indicated only by old labels of paper placed over the works of art.
Substances conserved within the works of Kazuhito Nagasawa are natural elements, like seeds, land.
These seeds are protected inside the work of screws and bolts; faithfully kept inside, are survivors in terrible disasters and the intention of the artist must be preserved for centuries.
What the artist wants to enclose within these objects, are his precious "kioku", the memories.
In 1997 he participates in the fifth Biennial of Ceramics in Japan and in 2001 participated in the World Ceramic Expo in Korea.
In 2013 participates in Rome at the exhibition "The Japanese Ceramics in Italy" by Claudia Casali, a group of Japanese artists at the Institute of Japanese culture in Italy.
